Dear imaginary readers,

It's been awhile since my last blog, not sure I know how to work this gosh-dang thing any more. Still, I've been busy and have things to report. Yet, more importantly, I want to gloat, for today the Wall Street Journal in its amazing collective wisdom has validated my insight by publishing this piece by Michael Judge which in turn defends the practice of adding quotes from movies into news stories as if they WERE news. Now, it's true, I've been lobbying for the so-called journalists to just own up to the fact that it's ALL a work of fiction, and abandon that "objective" thingy they keep throwing around. Ain't no such thing. Never have been nohow.
