I'm a big fan of technology, and this is a BIG THING. Of course, there are other technologies that I thought would have more impact than they have yet, in particular a process called capacitative de-ionization that was developed at Lawrence Livermore Labs in California. The process created absolutely clean water at a price far, far below market, and I figured that would make a big difference to every country with a coastline. Not yet though, perhaps some other year.
